Carson, Cody and Dad had quite an adventure this past Friday and Saturday at Canyon Creek at the Windsor Ward outing. Carson got his boogy on in the tent, Cody enjoyed crying for an hour before going to sleep followed by waking up at 2am to cry for another 2 hours.
It rained the entire time, but we went on about a mile hike to the stream. In spite of the dollar store rain gear, we still got soaked. We walked past a rope swing that Carson said was the swing from the bridge to terabithia.
This was Cody's first campout and he enjoyed it the most. He slept it off the whole way home.

AH. Your hubby is brave to even take little Cody. Tyler said NO WAY about Parker. Not till he is potty trained! He would have cried all night too!
It must have been nice having sometime to yourself though, right?
